Yuos'sima, also known as Hayley Woodgate is a 33 year old is a Spokesperson, Spiritual Coach & Author and former founder of The Trauma Sanctuary. She believes that by combining our heritage with Modern Day Culture, we have the potential to create change in a World that has lost touch with the blueprint of it's origins, that we matter not because of what we do but because of the heritage we reside in. That we are so much more valuable than the surface level attainability of what we "think" will fulfil us. By remembering who we are, we have the capacity to create ripples in which she believes the world around us will change for Generations to come. Yuos'sima knew that she had to do something, due to her own generational experiences in which she would wake up from nightmares, severe panic attacks and constant spirals of fear, she knew that in order to make sense of her own life that she had to devote herself to a calling far greater than herself in order to survive and cope with today's adversities, in which she found hope in herbal remedies, food from the earth and rituals from before this time. It provided a sense of comfort by combining the heritage of her ancestors with the world we now live in.

In knowing that everything we need is already provided for us and the rest is divinely orchestrated.

As she come to the realisation that she was enough and always had been, as she is and that she never needed to prove the worth that God already installed within her; that societal expectations were the downfall of us in humanity. As she surrendered her own life to the service of Humanitarianism in knowing that this is where her true heart lies without conforming to the female archetype of sacrificing or abandoning her own needs first. She has used what she has been through to not only build a Legacy but a Generational Blueprint for other women, to break the chains of Generational Abandonment. She believes that by allowing ourselves to be bestowed in exchange for living our soul's purpose; in a way that contribute's to healing and harmony, we forge a New bloodline, one in which women are thriving instead of surviving as we cyclically co-exist, that is what she represent's, a way for our Granddaughters.

Respecting the fact that we aren't meant to contribute to more power struggles by competing with men when that is not how we were created to be, it goes against our divine Nature as women.

"There is no competition when we both have our own Gender roles to fulfil."

By putting your own needs last; it only Validates low Self esteem within a woman and that is not a Generational Blueprint that will forge a Legacy. You are only teaching your Children that abandoning themselves is acceptable. I believe collectively it is time we stop defining a woman by how much she does & rather by how much she moves from a place of wholeness within herself. This is not expressed to shame woman but to rather look at the Fragmentation that is normalised in our culture by shining light on our Generational Dysfunction.

It also applies to our relationships, where are we sacrificing true intimacy and fulfilling love for the belief that we are powerless if we let go & surrender to a higher power?? And most importantly when did we culturally decide that shaming men is more productive than fostering growth and healthy masculinity within our Bloodline.

The Union Divide

As women we are always evolving and going through change yet we have not been nurtured and conditioned culturally to allow ourselves the space to blossom and evolve in accordance with who we are, we are expected to conform or forge ourselves into what a masculine is able to provide which is causing detriment to our overall state of health and contributing to the breakdown of healthy Family Dynamics. I have suffered with ongoing endemetriosis, fibromyalgia and burnout by trying to go against who God placed me on this earth to be by aligning with unrealistic and filtered Societal Demands that quite frankly aren't projected from a female lens.

As I started to fall deeper into depression, due to denying myself of the deep yearning for the life that God showed me was possible, here we are, co-creating magic as woman together in accordance with our Natural Female Template which will enable us all generationally to Thrive.

The nuance of healing sexual abuse. Every two years our body is regenerated and anything that has touched our body is no longer held in our cells. It’s important to remember this ~ so that when you’re healing this experience, there comes a point when you know there is no longer resonance with a violation of your Womanhood. There’s also a tender threshold in which we must hold grief, for the right that has been stripped of us. Making love and being, sharing ~ expressing through sexuality is a fundamental human biological need and when you can’t express yourself from the soul that resides within, it cracks you wide open. This is where the floodworks and gates open for the part of you that comes so easily to others, within you, is distorted.

This is why it is so important to persevere slowly, tenderly and with gentle caress. Returning to your sovereign birthright of expressing and sharing your body freely with the person you choose, is the pathway that breaks and ends the cycle of persecution in your Bloodline.

If you were unfortunate to have had that choice taken from you, you get to Re-claim it. When you persevere with the healing that enables you to reach a space in which ~ you are no longer haunted by the persecution of a female bloodline. You can then say I take back my power by freely allowing and choosing my expression of sexuality. Living in a state of freeze, paralysis and terror is NOT permanent. It must be felt, experienced, released from a somatic level, but the goal isn’t to survive; it’s to move through those waves like you would in Child birth until eventually you reach the peak of your own arousal. This is where the divine enters and you become a holy chambers of matrimony because you have liberated yourself of the chains of generational persecution.

So aim to make love, be love ~ rise within love. Your freedom is found in the radical grace of owning not belonging to the chains of the Penetration of a Distorted Masculine, who claims no right over you or your physical body. You Are Free.

I’m on my last few chapters of my third Trilogy, it has been a long road. Many years of initiation, pivoting and personal triumph.

I have to admit this last one has been the hardest, it is the journey of coming home via your own body. The struggles, fears and vulnerabilities that prevent true intimacy and what that looks like for a woman who has never crossed the threshold of her lineage. I’ve never truly interwined my heart, soul and body in accordance with what it means to truly give yourself to another and my journey represents the obstacles and adversities we face. The real messy invocation of choosing to bare all and strip ourselves of any mask and the hidden wounds, as we expose ourselves. And yet without intimacy, we cannot know true completion. It is within the chambers of ourselves, we meet longing.

It is a tale of the fear of truly making love; because our ancestral imprints have prevented us from truly exchanging a higher and devoted union. 🤍 it is a very sacred and raw unraveling. One that I’ve been initiated and prepared for. It has been a path of devotion, despair and pain. It represents the deep yearning for a masculine and the deep fear of what is asked for a Woman to rise into that, to recieve him fully. When you have come from a distorted or unhealed male lineage, receiving that in its full sovereignce takes dedication and work. But the men of our world, deserve our full readiness and willingness from us as Women to say I allow ALL of you in. This is the tale of Sacred Sexuality and what it means to choose a Man via your Womb, it is the true path of Heroism. To be penetrated with the Wholeness of a Man’s Presence and to have light cast on the density and unhealed shadows that a Woman has carried through her Bloodline, so that she may be free to live in accordance with who she really is.

Regardless of being Married, I never believed in true love. Because I feel like it was an Initiation ~ in which God was preparing me for what Holy Matrimony & real love truly represented.

This is where Modern Day Women go wrong. We act like we don’t long.

We hide behind success ~ as if somehow the portrayal of the armour we wear, will tend to the deep yearning to crawl up in bed at night with someone we love. We have created a broken system. One in which, when we say we want the presence of a complete soul ~ that somehow we need “fixing.” As if some part of us is Fragmented for not wanting to be alone, regardless of being ok with it. But what if it’s our biology.

When, it’s ok. To desire slow mornings. To want to create or build your own version of success with someone by your side because alone it’s just not enough. To want to endure the highs and lows of every day life with a Best Friend that you can make love to until you’re old & grey. To build a marriage around generational influence & not governmental statue.

Can we pray for a world in which we aren’t believing devotion is a life sentence. What if it was our liberty & not a prison? That we just needed the right person to do life with.

To re-shape what it could be.

We should celebrate that part of us that yearns, prays & longs to let our dreams exist, not alone but alongside a Counterpart, in whatever shape or form that looks for each & every one of us individually & co-creatively. May we celebrate it. Our ability to hold and shape unique paths. Ones that tend to us and the dreams we hold Sacred. Who says, we can’t be and experience a life of Completion without isolating and choosing self solitude? That we can’t invite the extraordinary into the Mundane. Yes, this world is hard but don’t let it place a limit on your beautiful beating and abundant heart. Cause we all deserve to know and experience what heaven looks like for each and every one of us, the noise in this world has only got louder because you dear one are capable of living it. Do not let it drown out your soul and the life you know you are worthy of having. 🤍 Relating is our Destiny.

It wasn’t until I miscarried and had an unfortunate pro-lapse due to a Smear that my life was Miraculously Transformed.

After spending two years in PTSD and unable to correlate reality between what I was experiencing ~ I finally was able to accept my own trauma from childhood. The beautiful soul of the spirit child I misconceived not only helped me recollect what I had forgotten but he came to help me heal.

My male lineage was full of distortion and my womb carried the imprint of the past. Although the grief of this loss was inconsolable as his soul remained with me, as I walked into the threshold of myself. Something that was incomprehensible to imagine happening to me as a child, lost its grip on me. Because the despair of one man’s actions were replaced with the life of a child I never got to meet. Spirit babies are sent to us as an assignment of the Highest.

And the baby girl I was forced to lose as a little girl, was re-united with the soul of a boy in my adulthood that United my fragmented masculine and feminine. Two became one. This is a tale I hold treasured in my heart. Because the disruption of a Woman’s bloodline, can no longer be infiltrated when she chooses to allow the Next Generation to set her free.

This is What Enabled my Generational Legacy to be Born. Through the Imprints of their soul’s in my Heart. 🫶🏻

Healing is not always found in doing the “inner work.” There’s a dismissive tendency that isn’t often tended to.

If you have been perpetrated in some form, there’s no amount of inner work that can heal that because you are asking someone to tend to something that wasn’t their fault. It can only be tended to in the ability for others to witness you in the injust of your experience. In previous years I battled with how to navigate my naivety in stepping into my calling; after witnessing the dismissive nature of not just the healing industry but people & society in General. Because I wasn’t acknowledging the truth. So I had to change the narrative. I had to find the grit to recognise I’d written books and paved a path that didn’t quite “align.”

My message was built on a foundation of ignorance. It’s during this miraculous path of changing the tone of my souls work, that my healing began. After years of betrayal, neglect and abandonment in my adulthood, I finally broke through. It has taken me years for my truth to be validated. I’ve walked this path against all odds.

But I never once believed in abandoning the people I love. My heart told me not to listen to the toxic teachings of cutting people off or choosing seperation.

I believed in Gods way.

I persevered and believed regardless of my own suffering, that all would be well. Because sometimes that is what is required of us. The humble path of unconditional devotion. In which we aren’t walking the path of entitlement but instead to Divine Will. We may even get wounded/hurt or “abused” along the road and please don’t misconstrue this with enabling or abandoning one self, I speak in the terms of an adult communicating from the lens of a hurt inner child. But when we tend to the threads that weave our wounds together, miracles occur because you Reside in the Unity of the Oneness of us All. In remembering woundedness is just a disconnect from our own Divine Healed State.

And as we hold healing for ourselves, we activate or create a catalyst in which others also find restoration in their own ability to meet you in Love.

A new season is here. Not externally but within. Over the years I’ve watched the breakdown of humanity.

I’ve held a silent torch. Prayed for a world I knew I didn’t belong in. But I held onto the faith. I saw the vision of something that could be Orchestrated out of war, spiritualisation and quite frankly inhumanity. I will be representing a World of Oneness, one in which men and women thrive; a new wave of matrimony is celebrated and we aren’t seeking to isolate ourselves from society.

To truly be the way, we must be. Not isolated from the insanity of what is but built on foundations in which we create change from the inside out. My own pain has divinely interwined with this dream. For I know what changes one has the potential to change all. And I’ve always held the nuance of bringing and choosing change for a larger or greater collective. Out of the despair of my own heroines journey, something profound is being weaved. I believe in commitment; devotion and liberty. I am going to be inviting in something great.

As God lifted me out of a very mundane and surface level purpose that brought me to my knees. And called me into the Serenity of a Soul Led Vision that has the power to Change us All.

I Allow, I Receive, I Become.

2026 is the year in which Karmic no longer haunts our Lineage. In which the imprints of our unhealed ancestral wounds, no longer block our Dharmic Path.

There is many yet to be Initiated. In which there are souls waiting in the shadows, with a spark, waiting to be ignited.

This is the year of truth. Liberty and profound courage. All your Good Karma will return to your soul. For those who fought in the shadows, laid their bare hearts in the arms of god and silently weeped on Mother Earth.

Your tears were not ignored. They were forging rivers and valleys that would carry you. May you allow the current to bring you down stream, into the arms of your Calling.

It is here you belong. All of the injust, the wrong-doing, while you held the torch of silence, will be returned to you.

Your soul will be restored. You deserve to be chosen, loved, witnessed. There is no spirituality, law of righteousness or bible that can cast shadow on your light. In the spirit of humanity, may you know your voice deserves a stage, your light deserves sovereign space and that your heart is held.

No more masking/condoning or invalidating our authentic nature. This is the year in which we rise in raw vulnerability, openness and a readiness to be Seen.

What we have forgotten. Must return. Over the years I have felt the silent pull.

The land is our Remembrance. There are stories written in the land. They are here to remind us. We live in a world of consumerism, consumption and emptiness. Now more than ever we are at an all time crisis with mental health issues, chronic health issues and young girls are suffering from as young as 3.

Toddlers are being diagnosed with anxiety before they even learn to walk because they are being Generationally impacted. We can use what short time we have on this earth, to truly make a difference. In a way in which it is bigger than you, I ~ me.

We are so attached to the faulty ideal of projecting into the world, an idolised version of us, when ultimately the only thing that matters is your internal and intimate relationship with yourself. You are the only one that can fulfil you. With your spirit, your soul and your heart. 🤍

That is why I am so passionate about this Next era. It is not about spiritual bypassing, escapism or masking with teachings or ideals. It is about real honest humanitarianism. Lifting each other up. We can have it all. But in accordance with love. In which we aren’t required to sacrifice, abandon or outsource our energy.

Selfless service starts with self-service. And it begins by remembering who we are. The most sovereign gift we can offer ourselves is the ability to know.

To know one self. To move with such certainty, that people are changed with your ability to embody your true accordance in Womanhood. Maybe instead of looking within and rejecting ourselves as women in a culture that is set up to make us question our very existence, we can start waking up to the truth.

With your help and together, we can connect through the land, our history and culture to start bringing back Health into a society that has made us sick. From the inside, out.

If you are sick, depressed, alone. Maybe WE are not the problem. But united we can forge and bring change into a world that has the potential to be greater, for all of us. For generations to come.

Without the need to blame/shame/judge the conditions of what we face as Adversity in this Modern Day World.

I’ve come to the Nuance that no matter how much we learn/grow, evolve, we will never ever ever always get it right.

There is Grace in this. Pain, betrayal, love, joy, infliction, these are all human. I feel we’ve become so disconnected from the raw essence of what it means to live in our WHOLENESS. There comes a piviol point when even though trauma is no longer of value ~ especially when you’re on the path of Self Recognition, it still doesn’t mean you deserve Ill or Injust Intent from YOURSELF. It wasn’t until this year I realised how badly I treated myself, I was repeating the wound of perpetration. I was keeping myself in loops of torment. It wasn’t until I went back to my book, after feeling the call to go offline and write again, that it was staring back at me. I didn’t acknowledge how much within the female heritage, this wound ran. It haunts us. That we don’t even consciously recognise we are playing out something that purposely hurts us. Because of these deep rooted ideal’s. And I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to”heal.” Not fully. The abuse in my Lineage runs so deep, I could never outrun the imprint it’s left on my soul ~ however what it has taught me is that I am worth loving, me. Yes, finger inwards. From a level of self - acceptance.

No/body else should ever be in harms way due to our own woundedness, but we can recognise the oneness of wounds within each other and say as I love you, I love myself.

My Prayer for 2026

I can finally take the chains off my heart. This is my prayer for the year ahead. I’ve been devoted to the daily disciple of tending to my family. I’m entering the era of lifting the chambers off my heart and into that of sincerity. I can finally tell my story, now that the gates are open. Miracles are available. Trust in your own path. As I read through the Female Legacy Bible and the parts I veiled to protect and hold myself through moments in which my strength was needed here in the earthly realm. I Remember.

And suddenly everything becomes clear. I’m pinning this post to look back on and witness the Piviol moment in which I became available. In which my light was temporarily switched off ~ to tend to the beautiful weaving duality that sometimes life asks us to nurture within the Mundane. But remember you are anything but the Ordinary.

You are Divine. A Creation of Moments made up from stardust. My Prayer for you, is that you Remember.

In accordance with the Stars. So that the Heavens may Align.

For years I’ve held the vision of living a more MINIMAL life.

It feels really called of me to step away from anything other than pouring within. Over the years I’ve poured deeply into this work in a way which felt slightly out or accordance and I feel that so much more will come as a byproduct of stepping into a new way of being of service, in accordance with The Female Legacy Bible.

So that I can let my existence be the pillar as I serve. I feel like my only purpose in this life has been to devote to ~ what I’m here to “do.” Which has been out of accordance with my Organic template of “ soul service” as a Woman.

It is time to Receive. To devote to a life of simplicity, divinity and in holy matrimony with Mother Earth.

Focusing on the problems of the world is not in our highest interest. What is in our highest interest is to pour into our joy, abundance & happiness as we all let this be our Experience!

Thriving regardless of the challenges we are served.

I’m not sure where this road will lead, but I know it’s not in witnessing and consuming all of the Worlds Problems. It’s a beautiful invocation in which we realise, pouring into ourselves is God-given.

To touch & be love without feeling the need to “do” because we have somehow fed into we are any less.

Enabling us to serve humanity more deeply while we thrive & advocate for Women’s Sustainability. 🤍

We took these photos before my mum had a stroke.

It’s been a humbling and deep teacher. In regard to my soul work, I have learnt the ignorance and arrogance of pretending we know what is best.

I really had a very false presumption leading up to the experience, now I’m having to learn how to handle & navigate my mums ever evolving brain.

I recognised through professional & healthcare advice a lot of her erratic and unhealthy behaviours were actually a symptom. I carried so much grief. But yet we can’t punish ourselves for knowledge we did not know.

I am now learning and understanding her different ways of coping, how to communicate, respond and love. It is changing and evolving us individually.

Her mum had Alzheimer’s and it’s something we have to be aware of. When her memory is lapsed or she forgets things or gets overwhelmed, I’m learning to hold her in those times as I see how frightened she is.

It is a really scary time because I’m learning to be responsible in a whole new way. I feel like maybe I’m giving her the love that she needed when she was a young girl as her mind has stepped back in time.

It’s given me the grace of a dynamic I never thought possible & it almost makes me feel guilty for how much she wants to adore, love and do everything for her only daughter.

I miss the version of her I never got to appreciate but I am learning to love this tender and fragile chapter she is in. May we all cherish our loved ones, hold on to what’s dear and not take for granted a tomorrow that may never come.

Make that phone call and tell those you love, they matter. Let the walls down, the beliefs, the theories, ideologies and guards.

Love your Bloodline & trust they are on the path that is right for them. A Merry Christmas from me & my mum.

The distorted lens of the female and how it’s portrayed in the external world of “beauty.”

There’s another lens that’s not been spoke about that has not only contributed to harm but created very unrealistic expectations. A perfect reel of what feminism represents has been forged when ultimately those walking through the fire ~ have been doing so invalidated.

These women are real; raw and a pillar of authenticity. Yet when we show any real emotion, terror or truth, we are castrated as an unhealed feminine. There has become a lack of availability for the realness of raw femininity.

Women’s circles are not places to be naked, hold roses and represent a saint like authority. It is a place of connection. Where our doubts, insecurities and fears are brought into a safe container of other women.

What I am leaving behind for the year of 2025 is the illusionary story telling of perfectionism.

When you’ve reached the threshold of presence in this way, you recognise Somatic Faciliation as a gateway.

There is a reason society is in lack. Because they are being taught to bypass the places within us ~ that create true Interpersonal Relating.

I’ve come to the understanding chronic illness is my teacher and it may always be my reality, my womb is scarred and traumatised because of years of physical and sexual betrayal.

And my mind is tender because of the emotional and physiological abuse that I have experienced.

Those things don’t need fixing, they need tender care and love. And I devote myself to, as long as I am on this earth, to be met unconditionally.

To hold those tender parts that grieve not knowing comfortability. And sometimes that may be WAY too much.

But may we give ourselves grace, on the days that it is all too fucking heavy to carry.

As I tend to my own blood mother, while tending to my own suffering, I find humility in recognising this is LIFE.

Yet we find the courage to dance, kiss our wounds, open our hearts and choose divine will even in spite of it.

Humanity is the Grace of God that we all need.

To accept & love each other, as we are all rising in our own circumstances.

So may we leave escapism, bypassing and masking.. ↓

How I arrived in Accordance with Womanhood.

I repelled the concept of what a Modern Day Woman Represented. Success, validation and “leadership” didn’t appeal to me. Instead I found myself caring for my mum after falling ill.

It wasn’t until recently I acknowledged that I had been slowly leaning into the communal template of what a woman represents, caring to the elderly, children and even the sick.

This is what guides me into Elder Mentorship, in which I came across a Girls Guide training and the Mapping of Womanhood.

Living in a household with two dogs who are my fur children and an elder, I am responsible for caring to and creating the home. I was weaving the Village. It also initiated the preparation of when we are called to tend to end of eras which come in the form of death doulaing. I went through a deep death portal of complex PTSD. In which I was put on the path of someone who walked a similar Dharma Initiation.

It made me realise how tender our dharma is and how so many women are disconnected from the nuance of the Initiation of the Calling within.

We are leading young girls, teenagers and modern day women into the conformity of leading outside of themselves, forging themselves to be false templates of “success.”

I believe this is manifesting itself as disruptions in our hormones, health and reproductive experiences.

This has now rippled out to become an even greater collective issue in which not only are we creating a fragmented foundation for what a relationship should be but also women are in “unsoulful” service. Their spirit depleted and lacking fulfilling dharmic purpose.

They don’t recognise wealth is a byproduct of God’s Plan.

Not only is this negatively impacting our children, but also men. Unified family dynamics are now being deeply infiltrated. And a new way has to be forged.

I lacked accountability, responsibility and integrity when it came to my calling. But I’ve weaved a web of redemption, forgiveness and compassion for trying to bypass the pain/anguish and despair of this dreadful remembrance.

To sit in your heart in such painful times, will create tears in your soul that not even presence can soothe. ↓

A Sacred Invitation into the Year of 2026. Now is the time to place down our swords, open our hearts and trust.

I see you in all that you’ve navigated, the disappointment and the despair. But know that love never leaves you.

You were being prepared. You had to learn the hard lessons so that you can truly value and protect your sovereign birthright. So that your generational legacy can be protected by the highest of the high.

May you give permission to make space for that which is for you as you release that which does not honour your Sovereignity.

In grace, awareness and love, forgive yourself for your imperfect becoming of the woman that you are.

May you choose yourself. Love yourself and devote.

Allow God to open up your heart to remove whatever prevents you from immersing in your true value’s and beliefs. To forge togetherness, respect and mutual understanding. May you believe wholeheartedly in love again.

And be love as you trust in the divine miracles that are assigned to you. As you walk in accordance with the will that is rightfully yours.

There is nothing you need be/do or play the role of.

You as your sovereign self is enough. Life is beautifully simple in its divine orchestration and that humility is what will offer you the grace of wholeness, happiness and the wealth to Thrive.

This year changed me.

Complex PTSD is something I’ve battled with and this year it hit hard. Theres so many battles, I’ve fought in silence.

I feel the journey has only just begun. My blessings have changed. The things that I once felt hurt, angry and betrayed by; have been transmuted.

I offer god my grace for choosing to keep my mum on this earth, it has taught me the true wealth of love. That regardless of our imperfections, flaws and diverse nature, family is so sacred. I appreciate the opportunity to step deeper into my calling.

Granting me the grace of becoming the women I was placed on this earth to be.

I feel like trauma swallowed me up and took away my grace. I thought blessings were about attainment, but the true spirit of the grace God bestows upon us, is the treasures only our soul can experience.

What I once could not see, is now visible.

I am ready for the year of 2026.

The disease that has infiltrated us as woman is we have built systems/beliefs and condoned seperational experiences.

We have bought into the belief that we have to earn/fight or grant our way into this world in accordance with who we are.

None of those things exist; other than in the constraints of a humans mind. We merely have to choose.

There’s nothing you have to do. Womanhood is an Initiation because it is an act of courage to choose soul aligned decisions that let you be. It is not about defending equal rights, competing against masculinity or creating independence.

What we have sought as freedom, has become another trap.

Because our freedom does not lie in the walls of a belief that we need do anything to merely exist.

Yes, we have built or co-existed in a way; in which our womanhood is not held as sacred.

But we do not have to fix/control or change anything. For it is not ours to manipulate. It is only because we have lost touch with our heritage and cultural ways that enabled us to thrive.

What we are pushing against is not systems but ourselves. When you recognise the unity and oneness of us as a collective, you acknowledge that being a woman is a choice.

Saying no to ways in which we are not held and respected in love and oneness is a decision. Without fault/blame or shame. It is merely a compass of Legacy that enables the conscious devotion to who you are and merely recognising that which doesn’t align.

When we are in the midst of an experience in which discomfort or pain arises, seeing through the lens of unconditional love can be impossible. But I do not encourage you to respond with an inauthentic reaction, rather I encourage you to foster a sense of curiosity and play to allow space for it to arise.

This validates and authenticates our experience which creates a Bridge of Safety in Our Body.

That is why instead I invite you to be open to the possibility that maybe, just maybe, instead of seeing what you are experiencing as a challenge, you can witness it as part of a greater assignment; as you build a bridge between you and Self Trust.

It is part of our Sacred Becoming.

The womb is our Messenger.

It is through the life force of our centre as a woman that we are able to be. It is what separates us from the Masculine.

It is exactly why we can’t live in accordance with the template of a Man. We are cyclical creatures and our bodies speak the wisdom that enables us to navigate our life’s in a more intuitive manner.

We are overstimulated with more tools, resources and external information that only disconnect us from what is already available:

Our inner guide is available by merely softening and listening to what our body is already trying to tell us. Your purpose, partner or whatever it is your soul yearns is simply an INVITIATION, to step into the version of you that is in accordance with your soul.

It has nothing to do with anything other than “being.” Being who you Truly are.

So remember; there’s no where to go, no timeline or experience that needs to happen.

The Remembering

In the honey glaze dew of starlight as it shines down on your naked body; the moon caresses your tender skin.

In this simplicity,
I remember the essence of my being.

I remember we are one with the gentle rise and fall of the earth as she breathes in unity with the divinity of our own.

Connected to the essence of our souls through the divinity of witnessing you in your nakedness.

I see.

And it is in you, I see. As if we are merged in the oneness of our own spirit.

You are me and I am you.

The divinity of life exists within the raw passion of our existence.

Here all is in perfect harmony. And in accordance with our Lineage.

It is easy. The noise and buzz of the world is not humming in our hearts to disconnect us from what is.

The very simplicity of aliveness lies within our wild and raw instinctive nature. As Mother Gaia guides us to Remember in our Nakedness; what is truth.

As deceit and lies fall away so that only presence is remaining in the realm of our Being.

Our truth lies within the Remembrance of our Nakedness not just instinctively but with the raw vulnerability of stripping ourselves bare. To remember is to return and to remember is to be.

All is well and in perfect harmony.

May we raise our children in the dirt and
comfort the tears of our Beloveds.

Encourage men to lay in the gentle and soft nestle of our laps,
So they may lay their weary & tired hearts.

As we give them space to share truthfully and with honour. So that we may feel safe to be who we are. As we encourage each other to follow our dreams as we soar in our passions. So that we are whole. Then when we are out conquering and slaying mighty dragons, may we encourage each other that, that is enough. May we not seek to get.

But desire to be. As the feminine creates a nest of belonging in which her children and beloved can safely soften into the safety of her presence. This is where matrimony of the inner union begins.

Within the roles of both men and women being fulfilled within the bodies of each other.

This is a Generational Impact that may linger beyond the presence or IAM.

Our flaws are what make us One.

We live in a time in which beauty standards, expectations and societal demands are at an all time high. You can be secure, confident and assured yet still compare yourself ~ it is a healthy response to look at another beautiful woman and feel intimidated.

What we need, isn’t to fix the demands that are placed on Women but to normalise the connection of doubt, fear and insecurity we all share.

Honesty, courage and intimacy are a Pillar of Growth.

Instead of masking or veiling our Truth, may we find the courage to connect it?

Our truth is what will unify and prevent the isolation and loneliness we all experience due to the illusion that we are alone in our thoughts.

We are NOT alone.

It is ok to be intimidated or doubtful as a Woman. The more we can normalise these experiences that create a Thread of Sisterhood, the Greater we can Lead.

It is not in our Unflawed Design but our Vulnerability. We all have days in which our emotions, insecurities or past experiences like to shape our viewpoint on life. But these are the times we get to come home to the divine surrender of accepting that we live in a world that is designed to pull those experiences out of us. I believe it is Divine Orchestration that we as Women are Struggling because it enables us the humility to surrender to the Will of a Plan that is Greater than our Own.

And remember whatever you are experiencing, there are Women out there also connected in the thread of Life somehow to this Chapter in your Path. Never ever believe that you are not seen, valued or heard.

Because I promise you; we all Matter.

Honouring the Divinity of our Humanity.

Isn’t that the Catalyst? It is what enables us to connect, love and be loved which is the core Fundamental nature of being. This part of us however is being denied in the resources of “fixing” parts of us that were never broken.

Only because Society deemed it as so.

Our ability to feel and experience our emotions is what enables us to create Unity in our life. Without the thread of oneness in which we connect through the presence of our humanity, then love would not exist.

And love is our True State.

Yet we have become disconnected in a world that creates a foundation of dysfunction because we are conditioned that “humanity” is a flaw.

But our humanity is what unites us in the grace of Remembrance & knowing. In times like these; in which we face so much Fragmentation in Modern day culture, we get to connect and unite in love in accordance with our Origins.

Now is a time we get to grace and bless a Higher Power for reminding us what it means to be Human.

Sacred intimacy and the divine devotion of feeling into the nuance of being during pleasure.

Healing has and will never be linear. Due to deep levels of shame/trauma and abuse especially in a woman’s womb, it takes grace and devotion to truly lean into “being.”

When sex and intimacy intertwine, you master orgasm.

Not through the genitals, but through the willingness to allow your energetic body to be in accordance with a state of nothingness.

Most women detach and don’t truly listen. Their nervous system responds in states of fight/flight or freeze. We can only navigate these experiences by feeling.

Feeling the imprints that are trapped in our nervous system and causing a shift in the somatic response.

True healing within the body is something that must be navigated in the discernment of being intimate during pleasure. Whether that be through the connection with your own body, a shared experience with another or through the simple and arousing pleasures that we allow ourselves to immerse in the form of rituals, play and wealth.

To truly be in accordance with your own womb, we must remain present. When there is pain, attune to that. Listen deeper. Explore. What is it signalling?

How is your body being a messenger? Inviting someone into this experience, requires them to be attuned to a woman’s body in away in which they must recognise her cues to prevent further trauma from happening.

Communication creates disruption. Instead pause.

Take a moment. And breathe into the experience. If something is arising, immerse. Hold that discomfort.

I have been mastering this consistently to re-wire my nervous system to feeling safe during somatic unsafety.

By recognising that somatic releases are not a real threat to our body. Depending on how deep our lineage runs through our veins, it takes time for a woman to restore to the origins of her blueprint, in accordance with her Cervix.
