For women who want to create a Generational Impact in Unity and love, we can achieve growth from the inside out, without contributing to more division in Female Entrepreneurship. What if we didn't have to fight against the noise that surrounded us and instead we channelled our Womanhood into creating a Blueprint that will forge a true societal difference without defensiveness, wounding or guarding our hearts. We don't have to outcast ourselves from the world we live in and we can show others a different way, one in which we are showing the younger generation, it is not "power" to act out and create further infliction on Humanity. Being a role model no longer looks like success that is dependant on castrating others because we are embodying a scared little girl, that is hurt.

What if the movements we so deeply believed in, were what are causing further infiltration? What if certain movements were set up to merely persecute and deepen wounds that have run deep in our Bloodline such as the "bossbabe" movement, when deep down as women we don't want to be stronger, we want to be softer. Feminism attacks men and societal movements are based purely off of protest and we are verbally abusing each other, surely this is not the Standard of Leadership we set for ourselves. What if there was a better way? One in which men and woman could be a united front as we celebrate and honour our Womanhood and what if we had a blueprint for the work place that created space for our nurturing instincts, to allow for Motherhood and Female Equality. Could you imagine? Showing young girls we can BE the change without creating further suffering? Lifting and rising into humanitarianism through devotion, courage and strength without guarding our Sacred beating hearts? Isn't that what you want, to let go of your amour and lead in love.

This isn't about condoning, shrinking or complying. This is radical responsibility. It is about choosing a new way, with boundaries and self sovereignity. It is about rising above the limits of what has been forged within our Female Heritage and saying we stand for something different, without ostracising ourselves. We all belong. We all matter and there is space for us all to thrive & co-exist. It is the invocation of true Leadership in which instead of making demands through anger, wounding and persecution; which only deepens & disconnect's us from a healed heritage by instead saying, I Rise in love. Respecting that we may not be warranted authority until we finally walk away from a System that isn't forged to hold us. As CEO's, Leaders and Women of the Corporate world, we have the power to create Organisations that Embody Femininity through fulfilling Dharmic Service in alignment with love.
